去甲长春花碱 (ＮＶＢ)与长春花碱酰胺 (ＶＤＳ)均为半合成的长春碱类抗肿瘤新药。在非小细胞肺癌 (ＮＳＣＬＣ)治疗中两者具有重要地位。为了比较 (ＮＶＢ)与 (ＶＤＳ)对ＮＳＣＬＣ的疗效 ,我们于 1997年 3月至 1999年 4月采用ＮＶＢ +顺铂 (ＤＤＰ)和ＶＤＳ +顺铂 (ＤＤＰ)随
Both vinblastine (NVB) and vinblastine amide (VDS) are semi-synthetic vinblastine antitumor agents. Both have an important role in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). To compare the efficacy of (NVB) and (VDS) on NSCLC, we used NVB + cisplatin (DDP) and VDS + cisplatin (DDP) from March 1997 to April 1999.
