利用有限元法分析复杂空间分支轴系的横向振动。针对某型发动机的结构特点、连接关系,将其简化为一种复杂的空间分支轴系,建立有限元模型。在此基础上进行模态分析,并进一步计算轴承刚度、轴承阻尼对整个系统横向振动特性的影响,分析参数变化对轴承传递率的影响。为某型发动机减振设计提供了理论基础。
Analysis of Lateral Vibration of Complex Space Branch Shaft System Using Finite Element Method. Aiming at the structural characteristics and connection of a certain type of engine, it is simplified as a complex space branch shaft system and the finite element model is established. On this basis, modal analysis is carried out, and the influence of bearing stiffness and bearing damping on the transverse vibration characteristics of the whole system is further calculated. The influence of the parameter variation on the transmissibility of the bearing is analyzed. It provides a theoretical basis for vibration damping design of a certain type of engine.
