统计事业的成败关键在人,人才队伍的数量、素质决定了统计数据的质量,决定了统计服务的水平,最终决定并影响统计信誉。近年来,山西省按照努力建设高素质干部队伍的要求,积极开展学历教育,不断加大干部教育培训工作力度,取得了明显成效。然而面对统计事业改革发展的形势和日益繁重的任务,统计干部教育培训工作还存在许多问题和不足,文章就统计干部教育培训工作存在的问题提出了几点意见。
