目的:通过对甘肃省兰州地区11 430名年龄在3~10岁儿童进行儿童先天性手畸形调查,为该地区先天性手部畸形的患病率首次提供流行病学相关数据,发现可能的致病原因及相关危险因素。方法:2013年3月至2015年12月通过对该地区11 430名3~10岁的儿童先天性手部畸形的流行病学调查,进行流行病学分析。结果:共检出阳性患儿44例,占总人数0.38%.其中拇指先天畸形在手部先天畸形中发生率最高,占阳性率68.19%.致病因素有:接触有害物质、大气污染、遗传、病毒感染、药物等。结论:兰州三县五区先天性手部畸形患病率明显的高于国内,先天性拇指畸形畸形患病率最高;患病主要因素与接触放射性等有害物质、大气污染、药物、病毒感染、遗传有关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the congenital hand deformities of 11 430 children aged 3 ~ 10 years in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, and to provide epidemiological data for the first time on the prevalence of congenital hand deformities in this area. Etiology and related risk factors. METHODS: From March 2013 to December 2015, an epidemiological analysis of congenital hand deformities in 11 430 children aged 3 to 10 years in the area was conducted. Results: A total of 44 positive children were detected, accounting for 0.38% of the total, of which congenital malformations of thumb were the most common type of congenital malformations in hands, accounting for 68.19% of the total. The risk factors were: exposure to harmful substances, air pollution, , Virus infection, drugs and so on. CONCLUSIONS: The prevalence of congenital hand deformities in three districts of Lanzhou was significantly higher than that in China. The prevalence rate of congenital deformity was the highest.
