目的对福建省北部的松溪与邵武两地斯氏并殖吸虫疫源地蟹类宿主调查。方法现场采集溪蟹,进行分类鉴定,除留模式标本及“国家自然资源平台”标本外,其他的均作并殖吸虫囊蚴检查,模式标木存福建省疾病预防控制中心。结果发现华南溪蟹属Huananpotamon两新种,即林氏华南溪蟹和沈氏华南溪蟹。林氏华南溪蟹体型相对较大,雄性第一腹肢末端超越腹锁突附近,未抵达第四五胸甲缝,末第二节约当末节长的1.3倍,末节内末角不显突出,呈圆钝的方形,外末角呈牛角状,末部弯曲,指向腹外方等形态特征可与近似种南城华南溪、中型华南溪蟹和崇仁华南溪蟹鉴别。沈氏华南溪蟹雄性第一腹肢未节较窄小,末端尖细,第一腹肢末端超越腹锁突,抵达第四五胸甲缝,末节内末角呈圆钝形,内末角低平而不显突出,外末角呈长角状。末第二节为末节长的1.9倍,末节与末第二节相接处显著膨隆,为末节中段宽的1.8倍等形态特征,可与近似种贵溪华南溪、黎川华南溪蟹和弋阳华南溪蟹鉴别。两地新种蟹体内分别检出斯氏并殖吸虫囊蚴,感染率为18.75%(3/16)和21.43%(3/14)。结论福建省北部的松溪与邵武两地斯氏并殖吸虫疫源地发现华南溪蟹属两新种。
Objective To investigate the crab hosts of Paragonimus schistosomiasis in Songxi and Shaowu areas in northern Fujian Province. Methods The crabs were collected on site for classification and identification, except for the retention pattern specimens and the “National Natural Resources Platform” specimens. All the other specimens were examined for metacercariae of paragonimiasis, and the model was kept in Fujian Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The results showed that two new species of Huananpotamon from the genus Corymbaris, namely, C. cynocephalus and S. southeastern crab. Larvae cynomolgus cynocephalus relatively large body size, the male first abdominal extremity beyond the abdominal locking near the nail, did not reach the fourth five thoracic a seam, the end of the second section when the distal length of 1.3 times the distal end of the horn was not prominent, Obviously round and square, the outer horn was horn-shaped, curved at the end, point to the outside of the abdomen and other morphological characteristics can be similar to the southern city of South Stream, medium-sized crabs and South China crabs Chongren identification. Shen of South China crab male first abdominal section is not narrower than the narrow section, the tip is sharp, the first abdominal extremity beyond the abdominal lock, arrived in the fourth five thoracic a seam, Low flat and not prominent, the outer horn was long horns. The end of the second section for the last section of the 1.9 times the distal and the second section of the end connected to a significant bulge, 1.8 times the width of the distal section and other morphological characteristics, with the approximate Guixi Guinanxi, Lichuan South crab and Yiyang Southern crab identification. Parasitic syphilis metacercariae were detected in the newly hatched crabs in both places, with infection rates of 18.75% (3/16) and 21.43% (3/14). Conclusions Two new species of crabs are found in the source of Paragonimus spp. In Songxi and Shaowu in northern Fujian Province.
