目的建立节能监管体系,统计分析监控结果,解决能源浪费和不合理用能的现状,并提出合理的用能改进方案,为节能降耗提供可靠依据.方法以沈阳地区某高校节能监管体系作为研究对象,应用节能监管平台对用能情况进行监控监测,对能耗数据进行采集统计、分析管理、全面公示,对不合理用能情况提出改进方案,并根据改进方案对现有设备进行节能改造.结果建立节能监管体系,从能耗数据上对用能进行准确把握,通过对能耗的监管与分析,对比增设节能设备前后,2015年该校共节约用电220万k W·h,合110万元,节电率达12%.结论节能监管体系的应用,提高了能源管理的可控性,加大了能源监管的智能性,增强了节能改造的合理性,强化了数据公示的准确性.
Objective To establish an energy-saving regulatory system, to analyze the monitoring results statistically, to resolve the current situation of energy waste and unreasonable energy use, and to propose a reasonable energy-saving improvement plan to provide a reliable basis for saving energy and reducing consumption.Methods Based on the energy-saving regulatory system in a university in Shenyang Object, monitor the use of energy monitoring platform to monitor energy consumption, data collection and statistics on energy consumption, analysis and management, a comprehensive publicity, to improve the program to make unreasonable energy use, and under the improved program for energy saving of existing equipment. As a result, an energy-saving regulatory system was established to accurately grasp energy consumption from energy consumption data. By monitoring and analyzing energy consumption before and after adding energy-saving equipment, the school saved a total electricity consumption of 2.2 million kw · h in 2015 Million, saving rate of 12% .Conclusion The application of energy-saving regulatory system has improved the controllability of energy management, increased the intelligence of energy regulation, enhanced the rationality of energy-saving reform and strengthened the accuracy of data publicity .
