淮南第一矿工医院是一所综合性医院,全院拥有病床400张,职工600余人,其中高中初级知识分子350余人。毫无疑问,知识分子是医院的主体和中坚力量。江泽民同志指出:“能不能充分调动知识分子的积极性和创造性,是我们事业成败的关键之一”。因此,正确认识和充分调动医院知识分子的积极性和创造性,是医院各项事业发展的关键所在,笔者想就医院知识分子积极性谈谈自己一些粗浅的看法。
Huainan No.1 Coal Miner’s Hospital is a comprehensive hospital with 400 hospital beds and more than 600 employees, including 350 junior high school intellectuals. There is no doubt that intellectuals are the main body and backbone of hospitals. Comrade Jiang Zemin pointed out: “The ability to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of intellectuals is one of the keys to our success or failure.” Therefore, to correctly understand and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of hospital intellectuals is the key to the development of various hospitals. I would like to talk about some of my shallow ideas about the enthusiasm of hospital intellectuals.
