结合三牙轮钻头及涡轮钻具轴承组件的工况和失效分析,讨论了MoS2 滑化处理的依据和具体工艺。对牙轮钻头、涡轮钻具轴承组件用合金材料在渗碳渗氮等热处理后,实施M oS2 滑化处理。试验测试表明,此滑化膜可有效地抑制胶合的发生,用于高速重载的钻头及涡轮钻具轴承组件是可行的。
Combined with the working conditions and failure analysis of tricone bit and turbine drill bearing assembly, the basis and specific process of MoS2 slip treatment are discussed. For the roller bit, the alloy material for the turbine drill bearing assembly is subjected to the M oS2 sliding treatment after the heat treatment such as carburizing and nitriding. Tests and tests show that the sliding film can effectively inhibit the occurrence of gluing. It is feasible for high-speed heavy-duty drill bits and turbine bearing assemblies.
