内皮和平滑肌细胞来源的neuropilin样分子ESDN(endothelial and smooth muscle cell-derived neuropilin-like molecule)是在哺乳类动物中广泛存在的一类I型跨膜蛋白(type-I transmembrane protein)。ESDN由N-端长分泌信号序列、一个CUB(domain found in complement C1r/C1s、Uegf和Bmp1)结构域、一个LCCL(domain found in Limulus factor C、Coch和Lgl)结构域、一个凝血因子V/VIII同源结构域和一个长胞质尾部组成,在生物进化过程中相对保守。该文综述了ESDN蛋白的发现与分布及其结构特征,对ESDN参与血管再生调控的研究成果进行了较为详细的综述,同时介绍了ESDN在肿瘤发生、转移及免疫等方面作用的研究进展。
Endothelium and smooth muscle cell-derived neuropilin-like molecules ESDN (endothelial and smooth muscle cell-derived neuropilin-like molecule) is a type I transmembrane protein widely found in mammals. ESDN consists of an N-terminal long signal sequence, a CUB (domain found in complement C1r / C1s, Uegf and Bmp1) domain, a LCCL domain (Coch and Lgl), a factor V / VIII homology domain and a long cytoplasmic tail, relatively conservative in the biological evolutionary process. This review summarizes the discovery and distribution of ESDN proteins and their structural features, and reviews the research results on the regulation of ESDN involved in angiogenesis. In addition, the research progress on the role of ESDN in tumorigenesis, metastasis and immunity are reviewed.
