目的探讨尼莫地平(ND)对蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑组织一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET)含量的影响。方法将80只Wistar大鼠随机均分为单纯SAH组和ND处理组 ,分别检测术前及SAH后即刻、1h、6h和24h时脑组织NO及ET含量。结果SAH组脑组织NO和ET含量均自SAH后1h开始显著增加(P<0.05~0.01) ,ND组于SAH后脑组织NO及ET含量增加的程度较SAH组为小(P<0.05~0.01)。结论SAH后脑组织NO、ET含量增多参与了脑缺血损害过程 ,ND通过拮抗脑组织NO及ET的病理性改变而发挥脑保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of nimodipine (ND) on the content of nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) in brain tissue after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods Totally 80 Wistar rats were randomly divided into SAH group and ND group. The contents of NO and ET in brain tissues were detected immediately before, 1h, 6h and 24h after SAH. Results The content of NO and ET in brain tissue of SAH group increased significantly from 1 hour after SAH (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). The content of NO and ET in brain tissue of SA group increased slightly compared with that of SAH group (P <0.05 ~ 0.01) . Conclusions The increased content of NO and ET in brain tissue after SAH is involved in the process of cerebral ischemia. ND protects the brain by inhibiting the pathological changes of NO and ET.
