“食用菌”是林业专业的一门选修课,在课时少,内容多的情况下,如何加强实践教学,帮助学生掌握食用菌的栽培技术,这是近几年来我在教学中经常探索的新课题。这里谈几点体会,以供同行参考。一、增加实验教学要提高“食用菌”课教学质量,就必须注重实验教学,多让学生亲自参加实验。为此,我只用20%的教学时数讲解食用菌的形态、生活史、营养生理等方面的基础知识,将80%的教学时数用在实验教学
