心阻抗微分图(简称dz/dt)是一种能在容量、时限等多方面测定心功能的非创伤性检查方法。由于它对于冠心病的诊断及急性心肌梗塞的预后判断等均有一定的价值,且操作简便,重复性好,故可作为临床监测心功能的手段之一。近年来心阻抗微分图正逐渐在临床推广应用,由于目前dz/dt各项指标的正常值尚未统一,为此,我们测定了190例健康人的dz/dt正常值,现报告于下。
Heart impedance differential diagram (dz / dt) is a noninvasive method that can measure cardiac function in terms of capacity, time limit and other aspects. Because of its diagnosis of coronary heart disease and prognosis of acute myocardial infarction have a certain value, and easy to operate, good repeatability, it can be used as one of the means of clinical monitoring of cardiac function. In recent years, the heart impedance spectroscopy is being gradually applied in clinic. Since the normal values of dz / dt have not been unified at present, we measured the normal values of dz / dt in 190 healthy people and are reported as follows.
