苏联列谢陀夫(Л.Н.Решетов)教授在一篇题名为“最小尺寸的片状凸轮设计”的文章中,提出了一种新的设计滚子被动件四圆弧凸轮的方法。这种方法不僅简单方便,而且能使所得出的凸轮尺寸最小。不过,列氏所提出的是作圖法,可能误差较大。本文目的是介绍列氏提出的作圖法,並补充了筆者本人所提出的计算法。列氏提出的方法可简略敍述如下:设已知被动件的行程h,凸轮的运动角δ_0,正平均加速度j_(cp1)与负平均加速度j_(cp2)的比值γ_(cp)
In an article titled “Sheet Cam Design with the Smallest Sizes”, Prof. Л.Н.Решетов of the Soviet Union proposed a new method of designing a four circular arc cam with roller passive elements. This method is not only simple and convenient but also minimizes the resulting cam size. However, what Lie has proposed is the method of plotting, which may be more error-prone. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the method of drawing proposed by Lie and to complement the calculation method proposed by the author himself. The method proposed by Lie can be briefly described as follows: Assuming that the distance h of the passive element, the ratio of the movement angle δ_0 of the cam, the positive average acceleration j_ (cp1) and the negative average acceleration j_ (cp2) γ_ (cp)
