利用高脂饮食诱导的胰岛素抵抗的IRF肥胖小鼠和2型糖尿病KKAy肥胖小鼠模型,观察红景天、蛹虫草、大黄配伍组成的中药复方FF16治疗肥胖症作用并初步探讨其作用机制。结果显示,FF16显著控制IRF小鼠和KKAy小鼠的体重增长;改善KKAy小鼠高TC血症和高TG血症;降低IRF小鼠的血清TC水平、增加血清HDL-C含量、减小脂肪指数。体外酶学实验显示,FF16可明显抑制分子靶点α-葡萄糖苷酶的活性。说明中药组方FF16具有明显降低肥胖小鼠体重、调节脂代谢紊乱等治疗肥胖症的作用,抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶是其作用机制之一。
The effect of FF16, a compound of Rhodiola rosea, Cordyceps militaris and rhubarb, on obesity was observed and its mechanism of action was explored by using IRF-induced obese and hyperkinetic KKAy mice model induced by high-fat diet. The results showed that FF16 significantly controlled body weight gain in IRF mice and KKAy mice; improved hyperkalemia and hypercholesteremia in KKAy mice; decreased serum TC levels in IRK mice, increased serum HDL-C content and decreased fat index. In vitro enzymatic experiments show that, FF16 can inhibit the molecular target α-glucosidase activity. It shows that FF16, a traditional Chinese medicine group, can significantly reduce body weight of obese mice and regulate lipid metabolism disorder to treat obesity. Inhibition of α-glucosidase is one of its mechanisms.
