用电子显微镜观察草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus C.et v.) 出血病的病理切片,在病变细胞中发现有两种病毒颗粒,一种是呼肠孤病毒,以前已有报道;另一种为直径仅20—30nm的小病毒颗粒,系首次在鱼类细胞中发现。两种病毒主要侵染病鱼血管及微血管内皮细胞。内皮细胞受损而至解体,红细胞弥散细胞间隙,导致出血症状。此外还侵染肾上皮细胞,肾间质细胞、肠上皮细胞以及脾网状细胞、嗜酸性白细胞等。根据小病毒颗粒的形态及核酸分析,拟初步鉴别为小RNA病毒科病毒。
