为了提高轴承锻坯质量,降低消耗,对403、206、306三个型号共80600套轴承按原套锻辗扩工艺生产的环,经球化退火后,进行了冷精锻工艺试验。冷精锻工艺流程如下:1.涂润滑剂。2.环放在冲床的凹模上,用冲头把环从模口向下推出。3.清洗。下面介绍试验情况。第一次试验15件403外环,重点试验金相、硬度、脱碳和氧化等。第二次试验600套206环,重点试验金相、硬度、脱碳、氧化,零件几何精度,及模具的磨损破坏等。
In order to improve the quality of the bearing forging billet and reduce the consumption, a total of 80600 sets of three models of 403,206,306 according to the original set forging rolling ring production process, after the ball annealing, the cold forging process test.
