流速容量曲线(Flow volume eurye或V-V曲线)的测定,不仅能较灵敏地反映小气道亚临床阶段的一些病理生理改变,而且在慢阻肺(COPD)的病因学研究以及许多肺部疾患的病程观察、疗效判定等方面均有重要的应用价值。同时,测定简便、无痛苦、无损伤且重复性强,从实用角度也堪称较理想的小气道疾患筛选方法之一。近十年来,日本对V-V曲线的研究,包括基础理论、方法学的探讨以及V-V曲线的临床应用都做了大量报导。现将日本有关V-V曲线及其研究近况综述如下:
