立卷最基本的方法,就是“六个特征”的具体运用。实践证明,正确地运用“六个特征”,就能把各种复杂的文件,整理成有机联系的案卷,反映机关工作和领导活动的面貌,便于保存和查找。然而,有的同志却否定“六个特征”,说“一听特征,脑子就糊涂”,甚至要取消“六个特征”。这是不实事求是的。我们摆出所有案卷,没有一卷是超出“六个特征”的。“六个特征”是从客观存在着的文件结构中概括出来的,是比较科学的,是应该肯定的。
The most basic method of creating a volume is the concrete application of “six features”. Practice has proved that the correct use of the “six characteristics” will be able to put all kinds of complex documents into organic links of the dossier, reflecting the work of organs and leadership of the face, easy to save and find. However, some comrades denied the “six traits,” saying that “one trait, one mind confused,” and even canceled the “six traits.” This is not realistic. We put all the files, no volume is beyond the “six characteristics.” The “six characteristics” are summarized from the objective existence of the file structure, which is comparatively scientific and should be affirmed.
