采用反相高效液相色谱法,即以乙腈+水为流动相,C18柱和紫外检测器同柱分离测定20%乐.乙酰甲乳油中的乐果和乙酰甲胺磷。结果表明,乐果和乙酰甲胺磷的标准偏差分别为0.0522、0.0735;变异系数分别为0.50%、0.68%;平均回收率分别为99.16%、98.55%;线性相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9994。
The contents of dimethoate and acephate were determined by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) using acetonitrile + water as the mobile phase and C18 column and UV detector on the same column. The results showed that the standard deviations of dimethoate and acephate were 0.0522 and 0.0735, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.50% and 0.68% respectively. The average recoveries were 99.16% and 98.55% respectively. The linear correlation coefficients were 0.9999 and 0.9994, respectively.
