高校教育在我国教育体系中占据重要位置,它是培养我国后备人才资源、研发新知识领域、拓宽文化发展渠道的必要手段。相比其他学科而言,我国高校外语教师的教学、科研水平还有待提高,由于政治、文化、教育环境等诸多条件限制,外语学科教学一直存在发展瓶颈。基于此,本文将从实证视角入手,结合中国高校外语教师科研现状,深入探讨其发展路径。
University education occupies an important position in the education system of our country. It is a necessary means to cultivate the resources of reserve talents in our country, research and develop new knowledge fields, and broaden the channels of cultural development. Compared with other disciplines, the teaching and research level of foreign language teachers in colleges and universities in our country still needs to be improved. Due to many conditions such as politics, culture and educational environment, there are bottlenecks in the development of foreign language teaching. Based on this, this article will start from the empirical point of view, combined with the status quo of foreign university teachers in China, in-depth exploration of its development path.
