采用武汉市职工医学院从湖北绿茶中提取的绿茶素 (TP-91 )及湖北大学生命科学院从蚕蛹中提取的壳多糖进行抗肿瘤实验研究。瘤株为小鼠 EAC。结果表明绿茶素及壳多糖对肿瘤的抑瘤率分别为 40 .3 3 %和 5 2 .1 0 % ;对外周血淋巴细胞计数分别为 8.80± 2 .41 ,8.3 0± 3 .1 8与对照组 (2 .84± 0 .61 )比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;对外周血 T淋巴细胞计数分别为 2 4.2 0± 4.5 6,1 4.1 4± 4.3 7与对照组 (4.1 0± 3 .3 5 )比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1 )。结果提示绿茶素及壳多糖均有抗肿瘤作用 ,显示这两种天然物质在对肿瘤防治方面有良好的发展前景。
The use of Wuhan City Staff Medical College from Hubei green tea extract of tea (TP-91) and Hubei University of Life Sciences from the silkworm extract of chitin for anti-tumor experimental study. The tumor strain was mouse EAC. The results showed that the tumor inhibition rates of green teatin and chitin were 40.33% and 52.1% respectively; the peripheral blood lymphocyte counts were 8.80±2.41, 8.30±3.18%, respectively. There was a significant difference between the control group (2.84±0.61) (P<0.01) and the peripheral blood T-lymphocyte counts were 2 4.2 0± 4.5 6, 1 4.1 4± 4.3 7 and the control group ( 4.1 0 ± 3.55) There was a significant difference (P <0. 01). The results suggest that both green tea and chitin have anti-tumor effects, indicating that these two natural substances have good prospects for the development of cancer prevention and treatment.
