大学生大众体操训练是在大学校园中最常见、最受欢迎、普及度最广的运动之一。进行体操教学和训练对于人体体内血液循环系统的改善、心肺功能的提高、肺活量的加大以及身体素质的增强、体质健康水平的提升等方面发挥着非常重要的作用。本文通过研究体操训练对大学生身体形态、身体素质以及心理健康的影响,论述了体操训练对大学生体质健康的促进作用,以期为体操训练在大学生中更广泛的推广提供可参考的依据。
College Gymnastics Volkswagen is one of the most common, popular and popular activities in university campuses. Gymnastics teaching and training plays an important role in the improvement of blood circulation system, cardiopulmonary function, increase of vital capacity, enhancement of physical quality and promotion of physical fitness in the human body. This paper studies the effect of gymnastics training on the body shape, physical quality and mental health of college students, discusses the promotion effect of gymnastics training on college students’ physical health, and provides a reference for gymnastics training to be more widely promoted among college students.
