用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对哈密大枣、敦煌大枣以及敦煌鸣山大枣等３个品种的花粉形态进行了观察，并探讨了它们之间的亲缘关系。结果表明哈密大枣与敦煌大枣、敦煌鸣山大枣在花粉大小、形状、外壁纹饰等方面存有差异，可作为区分品种的参考依据。
Pollen morphology of three cultivars, Hami jujube, Dunhuang jujube and Dunhuang mingshan jujube were observed with light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy, and their genetic relationship was also discussed. The results showed that there were differences in the pollen size, shape, ornamentation of the outer wall between the dates of Hami jujube, Dunhuang jujube and Dunhuang mingshan jujube, which could serve as reference for distinguishing the varieties.
