采用金相检查、断口分析和微区化学成分分析等一系列方法,对Fe-Ni-Cr合金管端焊接开裂进行分析。结果表明,该合金管端开裂是由于意外的外来铜对管端的沾污,在焊接过程中造成铜在晶界富集所致。
A series of methods of metallographic examination, fracture analysis and chemical composition analysis of micro-zone were used to analyze the welding crack of Fe-Ni-Cr alloy tube end. The results show that the cracking of the tube end of the alloy is due to the contamination of the tube end by the unexpected foreign copper, resulting in the enrichment of copper in the grain boundary during the welding process.
