目的:探讨助产士孕期营养指导对妊娠期糖尿病患者母婴结局的影响。方法:所选病例为2015年1月至2016年9月本院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者,共纳入病例数为228例。将228例患者按照就诊先后顺序,随机分为研究组(助产士孕期营养指导)与对照组(常规护理)。对比两组护理效果。结果:两组孕期感染、羊水过多、糖尿病急性并发症、妊娠期高血压发生率对比,差异显著(P<0.05);两组新生儿窒息、巨大儿、围生儿死亡发生率对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在妊娠期糖尿病患者的护理过程中,实施助产士孕期营养指导的效果理想,值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the impact of midwifery nutrition guidance during pregnancy on maternal and infant outcome in gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods: The selected cases from January 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital were treated gestational diabetes patients, a total of 228 cases were enrolled. 228 patients were randomly divided into study group (midwifery nutritional guidance during pregnancy) and control group (routine nursing) according to the order of their visits. Compare two groups of nursing effects. Results: There were significant differences between the two groups in the incidence of infection during pregnancy, amniotic fluid excess, acute complications of diabetes and gestational hypertension (P <0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of neonatal asphyxia, macrosomia and perinatal morbidity Significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the course of nursing care of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, the implementation of nutritional guidance during midwifery is ideal and should be popularized and applied.
