房地产企业一直占据着我国国民经济的重要位置，属于资金密集型企业。因为房地产企业需要大量的资金，而资金的来源大多是融资所得，所以我国当前的金融体系还有待于完善。本文首先阐述了影响房地产的各种因素，然后分析了资金来源存在的问题，最后提出了优化房地产企业融资的策略。
