目的 探讨急性脑梗死患者血糖、肌酐、尿素氮及血清内皮素( endothelin-1,ET-1)水平的变化及其神经功能缺损程度与ET-1水平的关系.方法 用125I放射免疫法分析50例发病在24h内的急性脑梗死患者与对照组50例同期非神经系统疾病患者血清ET-1水平的变化,并比较其血糖、肌酐及尿素氮水平.结果 急性脑梗死组血糖、肌酐及尿素氮水平差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),但血清ET-1水平显著性高于对照组(P＜0.01),且急性脑梗死血清ET-1水平的变化与其神经功能缺损程度显著性相关,不同组间均P值＜0.01.结论 血清ET-1水平可作为急性脑梗死发生预测及预后评估的指标之一.
