“以人为本”指导思想是在党十六届三中全会上提出的,“以人为本”指导思想的提出主要是针对国家发展问题、是我国发展经验、国际经验及马克思社会主义的集中体现。对我国可持续发展起到战略性的指导作用,不但促进我国社会主义经济发展,还升华了我国国民自强不息的精神,是我国共产党发展中国、治理中国和处理国际政务的基本指导思想,决定我国共产党的发展方向和建设,对我国发展起到了决定性作用。加强“以人文本”指导思想在实际党工作中的应用和渗透,是国家共产党的核心任务。对此,本文将对以人为本在党史党建中的渗透进行详细分析,并提出一些加强以人为本在实际党工作中的渗透建议。
