印染生产工艺变化多,同类设备少,通用性差,前后工序连续性强,印染加工以化学过程为主,加上许多设备是大型、密封、受热、受压、受腐蚀的设备,工作环境恶劣。这些对设备的清洁、润滑和正常运行,特别是电气设备的正常工作影响很大。当前,发现和处理故障的手段是依靠保养工的巡回检查。有时,即使发现了隐患,由于受到人力、物力、生产的制约,还要拖到星期天或节假日处理,导致隐患堆积,甚致酿成突发性故障或恶性事故。由于按现行方法很难掌握印染设备的缺陷情况,故在项修或大修中经常超出计划项目,临时增加人力、物力,还不能如期交付正常使用。改变这种被动局面的有效措施是开展状态维修。

An effective measure to change this passive situation is to carry out state maintenance.
