立柱式液压机的床身(图1)系由上、下两个横梁1和2构成的,其两者之间是用四根立柱3联接,并用螺母4紧固。立柱同时又是活动横梁5的导向柱。床身是一空间静不定系统。下面给出立柱的计算方法,条件如下: (1)液压机正面立柱间距离A颇大于其侧面立柱间距离B; (2)液压机立柱与活动横梁导向套之间实际上不存在间隙(注); Column hydraulic machine bed (Figure 1) by the upper and lower beams 1 and 2 constitute the two between the two is the use of four columns 3 and nut 4 fastening.
