马恩华是杰出的社会主义企业家。他以无私的拼搏奉献精神回答了“人为什么要活着”和在社会主义市场经济条件下人究竟怎样活着,怎样做个领导干部,尤其是怎样做个社会主义企业家这人生价值的根本问题。用马恩华的话说,“我把自己交给党。”这是他的座右铭,也是他的人生目的;“国家把这个担子交给了我,我就要让国有资产保值增值,为国家创出个一流企业。”这是他的豪言壮语,也是他的人生态度;“人活着要有价值。国家把企业交给我,我要把国家交给我的重担一直挑到生命的尽头！”这是他的人生追求,也是他人生价值的体现。马恩华的事迹告诉我们:人的生命是有限的,应以有限的生命无私地为国家、为企业、为职工去拼搏、去奉献,最大限度地为国家做贡献,全心全意地为职工谋利益。这,就是马恩华的人生价值观。
