陕西省委、省政府近日就减轻农民负担问题采取了以下措施:一、以乡为单位,限期公布今年农民合理负担的限额、项目,发动广大农民公开监督。公布内容:(1)本乡1992年人均纯收入数;(2)本乡1993年农民人均应负担的数额;(3)按规定应由农民负担开支的内容,即国务院规定的8项开支内容。凡收取超过公布的农民负担总额费用的乡,追究该乡长责任,并由纪检、监察机关严肃处理。二、分级负责,限期清理有关农民负担项目。农民除依法纳税和按国务院关
