浏阳市人民中路营盘巷,一栋老屋安静地待在人民医院一侧,似乎远离了闹市的喧嚣。老屋位于人民医院颖初大楼与前栋大楼之间的左边,建于清代末期,江南四合院式结构,有围墙与槽门。大门口正朝两大楼之间。高约两米的砖砌瓦盖围墙中央敞开两扇对开铁栅门,下五级木板台阶便是青砖铺就的前院,左、右各栽柚树和石榴树,两树均高3.5米左右。院落约40平方米,穿过前院即是诞生欧阳予倩的老屋。老屋是典型的清代庭院式四柱拔伞屋,现存建筑面积约500平方米,以厅堂为对称,并排五间,左边
