鲜糯1号玉米由山西省农科院玉米研究所以自选系N9603作母本,自选系N9605作父本杂交选育而成,属早熟糯性玉米.特征特性:该品种株高212cm,茎粗2.16cm,穗位高80cm,果穗长筒型.穗长21.9cm,穗粗4.8cm,16～18行,鲜果穗重330g.果穗秃尖少,籽粒金黄色,品质好.成熟时脱水快,出籽率88%,每667m~2产鲜穗800～1000kg.春播出苗至采收87d,全生育期105d.抗大小斑病.青枯病、丝黑穗病、矮花叶病、粗缩病.鲜果穗适口性好,糯中带甜,肉厚皮簿,柔软细腻,清香可口.
