本文对一种增强泡沫塑料隔振材料进行振动性能试验研究。首先,设计了泡沫塑料隔振材料振动特性试验及试验装置;其次,对泡沫塑料隔振材料进行振动试验并获取试验数据;然后,对试验数据进行处理、分析和研究。试验研究表明,泡沫塑料隔振材料的振动特性不仅与振幅有关,还与振动频率有关;恢复力同时受频率和振幅的影响,并和变形历史有关,具有非线性滞后特性;在振动情况下表现出动刚度非线性和阻尼非线性的特性,变化十分复杂。试验研究为泡沫塑料隔振材料数学建模、参数辨识和动力学设计及动力优化准备了试验数据,提供了重要依据和奠定了良好基础。
In this paper, a kind of reinforced foam vibration isolating material was tested for its vibration performance. First, the vibration characteristic test and test device of foam vibration-isolating material are designed. Secondly, the vibration test of foam vibration-isolating material is carried out and the test data are obtained. Then, the test data is processed, analyzed and studied. Experimental studies show that the vibration characteristics of foam insulation materials are not only related to the amplitude but also to the vibration frequency. The restoring force is affected by the frequency and the amplitude at the same time and is related to the deformation history and has a nonlinear hysteresis. In the case of vibration Displacement stiffness nonlinear and damping nonlinearity, the change is very complicated. The experimental study provided experimental data for the mathematical modeling of foam vibration-isolating materials, parameter identification and dynamic design and dynamic optimization, which provided an important basis and laid a good foundation.
