我一直想给谢晋导演拍张肖像。以前遇见他总是在一些研讨会或是电影庆典上,虽拍了些但都是记录式的,总感觉不太满意。2007年6月6日,前来上海参加国际电影节的北京电影学院教授黄式宪告诉我,谢晋导演今天要去上海师大,在大学生电影节开幕式上讲话,我可以在适当的时候拍他。
