社区卫生服务作为一项新项目 ,联合国开发计划署和国家卫生部选择了江苏省盐都市大冈镇作为社区医疗保障实验基地。社区卫生服务作为一项福利性公益事业 ,需各级政府重视支持 ,特别是实验试点阶段 ,政府应制定有关资金补偿机制、筹资措施等配套政策 ,相关部门要积极配合协调 ,齐心协力 ,共同搞好社区卫生服务 ,探索出适合各地的社区卫生服务新路子 ,为我国的卫生改革与发展作出应有的贡献
Community health services as a new project, the United Nations Development Program and the Ministry of Health selected Dagang Town, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province as a community medical security experimental base. As a welfare public welfare undertaking, community health services need to be supported by governments at all levels. In particular, during experimental pilot phases, the government should formulate supporting policies concerning fund compensation mechanisms and fundraising measures. The relevant departments should actively cooperate with and coordinate with each other and make concerted efforts. Good community health services, exploring new ways for community health services that are appropriate to all regions, and making due contributions to China’s health reform and development
