本文采用前鼻测压法对1145名不同年龄组正常人的NAR进行了测定,结果发现:①健康儿童NAR的正常范围为1.96～5.26cmH_2O/L/s,成人为1.29～3.35cmH_2O/L/s;②各年龄组的总NAR在性别上无明显差别(均P>0.05),但高阻力侧与低阻力侧的NAR值之间存在着显著差异(均P<0.01);③随着年龄的增长NAR有逐渐下降的趋势,但在生长发育的各个时期表现出不同特点。
In this study, nasal pressure was used to measure the NAR of 1145 normal subjects of different age groups. The results showed that: (1) The normal range of NAR in healthy children was 1.96 ~ 5.26cmH2O / L / s and 1.29 ~ 3.35cmH2O / s; ② There was no significant difference in the total NAR among all age groups (all P> 0.05), but there was significant difference between the NAR values of the high resistance and low resistance sides (all P <0.01) The growth of NAR tends to decline gradually, but it shows different characteristics in different periods of growth and development.
