随着我国构建社会主义和谐社会要求的提出以及可持续发展战略的实施,我国的企业正处于转型的关键时期,劳资冲突的日益突出使得企业必须要加强构建和谐劳动关系。目前在我国,人力资源的管理理念才刚刚起步,很多公司对人力资源管理的重视不足,也没有完整的理论体系和框架可以参考,因此对和谐劳动关系的构建造成障碍。本文以此为出发点,讨论我国目前人力资源管理在构建和谐劳动关系时所面临的一些问题,并指明了人力资源管理在构建和谐劳动关系时的正确角色,供企业参考。
With the requirements of our country to build a harmonious socialist society and the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development, our country’s enterprises are in the critical period of transformation. The increasingly prominent labor-capital conflicts make the enterprises need to strengthen the construction of harmonious labor relations. At present in our country, human resources management concept has just started, many companies lack of attention to human resources management, there is no complete theoretical system and framework can be referenced, which hinders the construction of harmonious labor relations. This article takes this as the starting point to discuss some problems that our country human resource management faces in constructing the harmonious labor relation and points out the correct role of human resource management in the construction of harmonious labor relation for the reference of the enterprise.
