吉林省是我国高等教育教学资源相对集中的省份,有各类普通高校60余所,基本涵盖我国高校的各个类型。英语,作为一门高校必修课程,在所有高校教育的体系中占有举足轻重的作用。在国际交流日益频繁的今天,能否适应国家和社会的需求,培养出合格的英语交流人才,成为广大高校英语教育工作者面临的严峻挑战。本文试图通过分析吉林省高校英语教学现状,在经验总结分析的基础上,为大学英语改革出谋划策,为相关教育机构制定政策提供一定的参考。
Jilin Province is a province where teaching resources for higher education in China are relatively concentrated. There are more than 60 colleges and universities in China, covering almost all types of colleges and universities in our country. English, as a compulsory course in colleges and universities, plays a decisive role in the system of all higher education. With the ever-increasing international exchange, whether it can adapt to the needs of the country and society and cultivate qualified English-language exchange talents has become a serious challenge to the majority of college English educators. This paper attempts to analyze the status of college English teaching in Jilin Province, based on the experience of analysis, based on advice and suggestions for college English reform, to provide relevant reference for educational institutions to formulate policies.
