在老年病人(65～102岁)研究苯妥英和卡马西平的血清蛋白结合率。结果发现,用苯妥英的26例病人,总血药浓度平均为15.5±12.2pg/ml(±SD),游离药物浓度占总血药浓度的11.0±4.6%(6.5～28.2%)。
Serum protein binding rates of phenytoin and carbamazepine were studied in elderly patients (65-102 years of age). The results showed that in 26 patients with phenytoin, the mean plasma concentration was 15.5 ± 12.2 pg / ml (± SD) and the free drug concentration was 11.0 ± 4.6% (6.5-28.2%) of the total plasma concentration.
