深孔爆破采煤法是针对急倾斜中厚煤层的一种非常有效的开采方法。根据桃山煤矿九采区一井90#煤层左九片工作面的开采条件,阐述深孔爆破采煤方法的爆破工艺、适用条件、优缺点。通过ANSYS/LS_DYNA软件模拟得到了爆破孔和控制孔最佳间隔距离为1.2~1.6 m,并得到了爆破半径为1.4~1.8 m。为大倾角、中厚煤层中工作面的安全高效开采提供了宝贵的经验。
Deep-hole blasting mining method is a very effective mining method for steeply inclined medium-thick coal seam. According to the mining conditions of the left nine faces of No. 90 seam in No.9 mine of No.9 mining area in Taoshan Mine, the blasting technology, applicable conditions, advantages and disadvantages of deep hole blasting mining method are expounded. By ANSYS / LS_DYNA software simulation, the optimal separation distance between blast hole and control hole is 1.2 ~ 1.6 m, and the blasting radius is 1.4 ~ 1.8 m. It provided valuable experience for safe and efficient mining of working face in steeply-inclined and medium-thick coal seam.
