检波器是探测地下资源(有如石油等)中不可缺少的一种部件。西安石油仪器一厂在生产检波器的过程中,必须检验检波器的“相位一致性”。过去检验“相位一致性”的方式是利用大量的炸药、雷管,在野外假造地震,这种假造地震的方式,不仅要浪费大量的国家财富,而且给工人师付带来艰苦的野外操作劳动,另外在生产按排上也经常搞得十分被动。为了解决这项生产上遇到的问题,在工厂党委的支持下,我们仪表21班毕业实践小组与工人师付和技术人员组成三结合班子,承担了该项任务。经过大量的搜集国内外资料,反复研究讨论,于四月初确定了方案,经过一个月的努力,于五月初试制成功第一台样机。经过试验性能良好,现已投入生产运行。使检波器的“相位一致性”的测试改为室内操作,改善了操作
