本文研究了8名男青年在35℃ DB和29℃ WB的高温环境下负重行走的生理变化特点.行走速度4.5、5.0和6.0km/h各组的热能代谢率、出汗率和肛温、心率、心输出量、心肌耗氧指数、血乳酸等的增加率均随负荷量的增加呈非线性增加.非线性“转折点”的相应负荷量分别为体重的32、23和14%左右.结果表明,当负荷量的增加超过某一临界值时,劳动者的生理反应明显加重.提示单兵携行量以不超过生理反应的非线性“转折点”的负荷量为宜.
