针对航天发射加注系统工艺严谨、设备繁多和操作复杂的特点,传统FMEA危险识别方法只能考虑单一失效模式,具有危险辨识不完整的特点,特别是在高危险性的航天发射操作过程中,难以识别出完备的危险因子;采用WBS-RBS与故障树分析结合的方法对“液氢加注系统管路发生严重事故”进行危险识别,可见采用本方法能识别出更完备的危险源,这是由于本方法完善了人机交互、系统接口。所提方法可以应用到航天发射场的风险辨识,为航天发射风险管理提供了参考。
Due to the rigorous process, many equipments and complicated operation of space launch filling system, the traditional FMEA method can only consider single failure mode and has the characteristics of incomplete identification of danger. Especially in the process of high-risk space launch operations, It is difficult to identify a complete risk factor; using WBS-RBS and fault tree analysis combined with the method of “liquid hydrogen injection system pipeline serious accident” dangerous identification, we can see the use of this method can identify a more complete source of danger This is due to the improved human-computer interaction and system interface. The proposed method can be applied to the risk identification of space launch site, providing a reference for space launch risk management.
