研究了高纬度地区 (石河子 ,北纬 44 1 9’)冬季节能日光温室内不同CO2 浓度对西葫芦生长发育及生理代谢的影响。结果表明 ,在提高CO2 浓度条件下 ,西葫芦株高、茎粗、叶面积、植株鲜、(干 )重都有很大的增长 ,其中以茎粗、植株鲜、(干 )重增长最为显著。另外 ,提高CO2 浓度能促进西葫芦的花芽分化 ,使开花提前 ,提高雌 /雄花比值 ,提高雌花数。CO2 浓度促进了西葫芦的生殖生长 ,其花芽质量提高 ,化瓜率降低 ,通过统计早期西葫芦的经济产量 ,1 0 0 0 μL/L、2 0 0 0 μL/L、30 0 0 μL/L处理较对照分别增加 32 .1 8%、86.97%、8.43%。
The effects of different CO2 concentrations on the growth and physiology metabolism of zucchini in winter in a high-latitude area (Shihezi, latitude 44 1 9 ’) were studied. The results showed that the plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, plant fresh weight and dry weight of zucchini increased greatly under the condition of increasing CO2 concentration. Among them, stem weight, fresh weight and dry weight were the most significant ones. In addition, increasing CO2 concentration can promote flower bud differentiation of zucchini, make flowering ahead of time, increase the ratio of female / male flowers and increase the number of female flowers. CO2 concentration promoted the reproductive growth of zucchini, the quality of its flower buds increased, and the rate of melon decreased. The economic yield of early zucchini was estimated by the statistics of 100 000 μL / L, 200 μL / L and 30 000 μL / L Respectively, compared with the control increased 32.18%, 86.97%, 8.43%.
