在车床上加工薄壁套筒时,无论是车外圆,还是镗孔,均会因径向切削分力而使零件产生弯曲变形。为了解决这个问题,可采用下述多刀式结构。在切削过程中,多刀式结构能自动平衡径向切削分力,使零件的变形控制在理想范围内。该结构特别适用于六角车床和自动车床,对切削刚度差、精度要求高的零件效果明显。图1所示为适用于六角车床的双刀式结构,两把前刀面都通过中心的车刀1和7,固定在带键的轴2和轴6的端部。支架3不转动。由于轴2和轴6的锥面与轴4的斜面相接
