广西职业教育攻坚过后,贫困地区中职学校办学条件得到有效改善,办学实力提高。但很多贫困地区县级中职学校全日制新生录取不过百人,有的县级中职学校出现了零招生。都安县职业中专学校就是贫困落后的少数民族地区职业学校的典型代表。通过探索“一强基础、二塑宝塔、三道并举、多级分流”的多元出口办学新模式,实施“双证”同步,实现人人就业有能力;双轨并举,构建“综合素质+专业技能”课程体系;逐级分流,多条途径贯通职业人才成长立交桥;执行德育、文化、技术技能、顶岗实习四位一体的成绩评价机制等实践探究,有效推进了学校教育教学改革与创新,取得了明显的成效。
