我国目前村(居)干部腐败案例频发,这不仅直接损害了正常的党群、干群关系,伤害了广大人民群众的感情,而且极大降低了党和政府在人民群众中的威信,影响了社会稳定与和谐发展。本文以我国立法体系为研究对象,梳理现有的村(居)干部腐败防治的立法规定,找出不足,从而提出完善建议。
At present, there are frequent corruption cases in our country’s cadres. This not only directly damages the normal relations between the party and the masses, but also harms the feelings of the broad masses of the people, and greatly reduces the prestige and influence of the party and the government over the masses of the people Social stability and harmonious development. In this paper, the legislative system of our country as the research object, combing the existing village (Habitat) cadre corruption prevention and control of the legislative provisions to identify deficiencies, and thus put forward suggestions for improvement.
