近几年来,理工科院校英语专业学生的就业率持续走低,这其中有整体就业形势不好的原因,但更多的是由于学生综合素养和能力低下,缺乏自身优势所导致的。本文主要分析了理工科院校在培养目标的设定,课程设置和师资队伍建设方面出现的问题和不足导致了学生缺乏复合型和应用型英语人才应具备素质和能力,进而导致了学生就业市场中处于不利地位,并在基础上并提出了相应的解决措施。
In recent years, the employment rate of English majors in science and engineering colleges continues to decline.
